Description

The meeting shall consider a number of draft legal instruments for COMESA including the Draft COMESA Customs Union Regulations, the COMESA Customs management Regulations.

The Ministers shall also consider other issues such as the report of the COMESA Court of Justice and an amendment to the COMESA Treaty to include Arabic as an official language of COMESA. The meeting shall be attended by Ministers of Justice and Attorney Generals from all COMESA Member States.
